Payment for U.S. orders can be made
by cashier's check, money order, or via PayPal (Kane Trading is
PayPal
Verified).
If paying with PayPal, the buyer must have a verified PayPal
account. Shipping can only be done to the address that the buyer gives when
placing the order. This address will appear on the 'Transaction Details' page.
Kane Trading can only accept complete payments from single PayPal accounts, as
per the PayPal user agreement.
Domestic shipping is generally done via United States
Postal Service 'media mail', with delivery confirmation, once funds have been
received. It may be possible to make different shipping arrangements with other
carriers, on an individual basis.
International orders are welcomed, and may be paid with
PayPal as long as the buyer is from a country on the PayPal
accepted countries list. Payment can also be made with a cashier's
check in U.S. dollars, and sent to the Kane Trading mailing address, which is
listed on the contact us page.
International shipping is generally done via Express Mail International. Rates
will be determined individually for each specific order, before the completion
of the order. Please contact
Jim to find out the additional shipping and handling costs for your
order, and then go to the International
Shipping page to make the shipping payment. Other shipping arrangements
may be available, and can be discussed on a case-by-case basis.
PayPal is accepted
for international members subscription orders, as long as the buyer is from a
country on the PayPal
accepted countries list.
Kane Trading is not responsible for errors or omissions
on the website. Although every attempt is made to reduce or eliminate any
errors or omissions, they can occur. Kane Trading will not be able to honor the
price of any item that has been mispriced.
All sales are final. Due to the ease with
which educational material can be copied, no refunds will be allowed. Please be
sure before you make a purchase.
By making a purchase, the buyer agrees that he/she has
read the terms and conditions, disclaimers, privacy policy, and cookies policy
pages on the website, and understands and agrees to their contents.
All eArticles are sold as
'single-user' items, and hence cannot be copied, distributed, or resold. These
restrictions are above and beyond the normal laws and rules that apply to
copyrighted materials. Before purchasing an eArticle, buyers must agree to
these additional terms related to eArticles, called the eArticle 'user
agreement'.
Subscriber areas are for the use of the subscriber alone. Any
sharing of passwords shall be considered a breach of the user agreement and may
result in termination of the subscription without a refund of any kind. All
ISP's are logged by the server together with the password use. Subscriptions
are sold for use with a single ISP only. Logging in from multiple ISP's, or
simultaneous logins, are a violation of the user agreement and will be cause
for subscription termination without a refund of any kind. Please don't
abuse your subscriber privileges and force punitive measures to be
taken.
